How Does It Work?
It’s easy! After downloading the application to your smartphone, register or log in with your existing TCA portal credentials. Choose when you’d like to receive updates regarding the status of your clean and manage the details of upcoming cleans from wherever you are. This new application increases accessibility and customization of the program, which allows for a more user-friendly experience.

- Viewing the details of your upcoming clean
- Tracking the team of Professional Housecleaners assigned to your clean
- Sending notifications on the status of your clean
- Leaving feedback

- Requesting a room be added or removed (must be at least 48 hours prior to clean)
